Return & Refund Policy — MIURA

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email shopmiura.uk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items

• Items marked as final sale
• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

Return shipping costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

This policy is in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
